CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH MINIMUM WAGES CANNOT BE REDUCED

Minimum wages cannot be reduced by the employer in the following cases:

1.  If the Employee is under Performance or there is any non-compliance of any Task.

2. If there is a Pending disciplinary proceeding against any employee in Court of Law.

3. Output of the employee is Less.
