SECTION 2(51) of the Companies Act 2013 :
A key managerial personnel is a person in relation to the company who is:
1. A whole time director;
2. The chief executive officer or the managing director or the manager;
3. The company secretary;
4. The chief financial officer;
5. any such officer as may be prescribed by the company.
