ANUJ BIDVE- AN INDIAN MURDERED IN UK

ANUJ BIDVE was an Indian who went for his further studies- MASTERS IN SCIENCE DEGREE in 'MICROELECTRONICS AND SYSTEM ON-CHIP ENGINEERING' .
He was shot dead on 26th of December 2011 by a local factory worker KIARAN STAPLETON.

Till date, five people have been arrested in this case from which three have got bailed till further inquiries takes place. On 2nd January 2012, the prime suspect had publicly announced himself as KIARAN "PSYCHO" STAPLETON as he appeared at the MAN CHASTER CITY MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
He was remanded in the custody and during his trails.
According to the Manchester Crown Court , STAPLETON has been charged with MURDER..(according to india- section 302 under The Indian Penal Code)
on 26th July 2012, KIARAN was sentenced to life imprisonment, with a minimum of 30 years.It was held that Stapleton was having Antisocial personality disorder.

What is Antisocial personality disorder?

According to world health organisation:

It is characterized by at least 3 of the following:

  2. Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms, rules, and obligations;
  3. incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, though having no difficulty in establishing them;
  4. very low tolerance to frustration and a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence.
  5. incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment.
  6. Markedly prone to blame others or to offer plausible rationalizations for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society.
